Mariame McIntosh Robinson brings the judgment of a former bank CEO, the rigor of McKinsey and Bain, the investor lens of private equity, and the perspective of an active corporate director to every engagement.
Her career spans strategy consulting, private equity, banking and governance. As President & CEO of First Global Bank, she led a multi-year transformation that more than doubled profitability within three years while strengthening culture, operating discipline and organizational capability.
Her board experience spans financial services, insurance, energy, telecommunications, investment and the non-profit sector. She holds the NACD Directorship Certification™ and the Certificate in Risk Governance from the DCRO Institute.
Mariame is a Rhodes Scholar and holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from MIT, an MPhil in Economics from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also a co-founder of TEACH Caribbean and iamtheCODE Caribbean.
